Shipping & Returns

Postage, packaging and delivery:

Total rugby uses An Post registered post for the shipping of all orders. We use registerd post to
ensure the safe arrival of your purchase, which can be tracked online at
http://track.anpost.ie/track/trackone.html.  All orders will have to be signed for on delivery.

P&P charges:

Ireland:

• Small Items (Hats/Shorts/T-shirts/Polos/etc.) €5.00
• Medium Items (Jerseys/Jackets/Hoodies/etc.) €6.50
• Large Items (Bags/Boots) €9.00

Should you buy more than one product you will only be charged the postage rate for the larger item purchased.

P&P charges will never exceed €9.00 and all orders over €70.00 will have free postage and
packaging with in R.O.I.

 Europe:

•  Small Items (Hats/Shorts/T-shirts/Polos/etc.) €7.00
•  Medium Items (Jerseys/Jackets/Hoodies/etc.) €10.00
•  Large Items (Bags/Boots) €15.00

Should you buy more than one product you will only be charged the postage rate for the larger item purchased.

outside of R.O.I.

Should you buy more than one product you will only be charged the postage rate for the larger item purchased.

Delivery:

For products to be delivered within Republic of Ireland we will ship either by courier or by
An Post registered Mail. Someone must be available at your delivery address to sign for the
package when it arrives.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed. Goods are not
dispatched until full payment is received.

Please Note that if your packet is damaged or ripped on delivery do not sign for it. If you do accept
the delivery make sure to sign for it as damaged. If you do not do this Total Rugby cannot be held
responsible for missing or damaged items.

Returns Procedures:

If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from Total Rugby, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt for either refund or exchange. You will find a returns form in your order which should be completed and returned with the item(s).

All items must be returned 'as sold': in resalable condition, unworn, in original packaging with all product tags attached. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements Total Rugby cannot accept the item back.

We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded for returned items. Additional postage charges are applicable to any item sent out in exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

We endeavour to ensure that all products supplied by Total Rugby are of the highest quality. If you do receive a faulty product, please return it to: Total Rugby, Station House, Shankill Business Centre, Shankill, Dublin 18. Please fill in and include the returns form. Total Rugby recommends that you get a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office or Courier - we cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or are damaged in transit on return to Total Rugby.

Cancellation Policy:
